Fresh, sun ripened, hand picked New Zealand apples have been crushed to retain the fruit’s natural flavours. The apple juice is then patiently fermented to deliver a refreshing, premium cider with a lower alcohol content. At 2.8% the cider maintains its perfect balance, along with its full flavour and body.
