Smells Like Freedom is a collaboration with Oskar Blues. The 7% IPA — which is being brewed both at Oskar Blues and at DC Brau — is a nod to D.C.’s Initiative 71, the marijuana-legalization measure approved in November and expected to take effect early 2015.
