Over 100 beer enthusiasts gathered at the famous Space Needle in 2012 to taste beers from a dozen local breweries. Their goal – find the one most evocative of the Northwest beer culture and capable of commemorating the iconic building’s 50th anniversary. They chose Pike’s Space Needle Golden IPA. It took home the honors that day and has been turning heads and pleasing palates ever since.
