Schlenkerla Helles

Schlenkerla Helles is a German beer, it has an alcohol content of 4.3%.

Schlenkerla are the main proponents of what was a nearly dead style. Everything they brew has a characteristic smokiness coming from the liberal use of smoked malts and their signature yeast strain. They’re best known for darker beers but they also do a helles and this helles is unique in that it carries Schlenkerla’s signature smokiness alongside the classic sweet and crisp helles profile.
